Jackson Hole

We arrived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming last night. This is the first time we have been back here in about four years. If you haven’t been to see Jackson or the Grand Tetons you MUST go.

As you know we travel with our family. My husband is a photographer so we go with him most of the time when he sets out on an adventure. It was fun when my son was younger, but now it is just incredible. You can see him learning all these things and asking questions. 34861604_10156229619636145_1556048981845344256_o

About Jackson, it is a cute little mountain town. It is full of tourists so come with a calm temperament and be nice to those you come across. The park is very family friendly. In one area we pulled up and my son just gasped at the Tetons and said…”wow those are gorgeous!” He is almost 6 so if they can take his breath away I am sure you will love them too.

We visited Mormon Row today and then stopped off at a few viewing areas where you can walk along the river. Again, it is pretty safe but you will want to make sure that you are careful as rivers can be dangerous.

Tomorrow we are going to do some more sightseeing and my husband is going to take some more pictures. You can check out his stuff on his Instagram @jamesmeadphotography

We are so excited to be here again. We normally spend most of our time on the West  Coast or the Southwest so it was a nice treat coming out here.  I could sit all day long just staring at the mountains, they are amazingly beautiful.

Be on the lookout for my next blog about places to stay and eat while you are in Jackson.
